Biggest complaints pilots have told me are typical "pax suck", exceptionally long upgrade times (15-20~ years, could be wrong), and that since Covid they've been flying a ton. Typically 4-5 legs/day, although I've definitely heard guys flying 6+/day for the entire workweek.
