16 sie 2021 · I've got a 2018 JLU with 30k mi - last night I pulled into my garage and shut off my Jeep normally. Started it an hour later - radio/display is 100% dead (including backup camera) and the USB port is as well - though the LED around the USB ports do flash periodically.

5 paź 2020 · Does anyone else have issues with their radio resetting when you use your USB cord connection? Mine will play fine for about 3 minutes and then the whole system resets. Any fixes??
5 mar 2020 · Shortly after, the clock on the radio reset a couple of times. The dealer service dept. said a radio software update would remedy that issue, but it still occasionally looses a minute or two. The bigger issue is that before and since the update, the radio wouldn't turn on on different occasions.
