Submit your Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form (E-DV Entry Form or DS-5501), online at dvprogram.state.gov. We will not accept incomplete entries or entries sent by any other means.
The Embassy regularly monitors reports of fraudulent facilitators, e-mails, letters, websites, phone calls, SMS, and print advertisements offering visa services. None of these people are associated with the U.S. Embassy in Bangladesh nor does the Embassy endorse, certify, or approve of any of these services.
There is no cost to register for the DV Program. You are strongly encouraged to complete the entry form yourself without a “Visa Consultant,” “Visa Agent,” or other facilitator who offers to help.
