29 mar 2020 · I have pulled out an old xbox 360 Kinect and have had some success with installing it. I have the drivers installed: and can get my ugly mug to appear through OpenNI Virtual CAM. Windows 10 pics up the mic and I can record sound etc. But it does not detect a camera.

Using OBS to set up a virtual cam on a cropped window from the Kinect toolkit is CPU intensive and sacrifices image quality... but if you have nothing else this technically does work.
