I think I had the f4se for 1.10.163 backed up, and my fresh download of fallout was 1.3.22. I assumed 1.3 was newer than 1.10 and couldn't find a version of f4se for it, but the 1.10 was actually the newest version.

I followed a tutorial video on how to download mods for fallout 4, which it also shows you how to download F4SE at the end. However, it was very vague, but all of the commentors seemed to have figured it out so I don't know where I went wrong.
