Since the update two-three days ago, when opening the launcher it closes after about one second. If I'm able to click "Play" within this small window, the client launches correctly. Any ideas?

What's happening is the launcher is outdated and tries to update but is failing to do so. Simply download and reinstall the launcher and it should work again
