One of the ways I work on my game is watching slow motion videos of pros. In the past I’ve watched mostly Rory and Tiger. Recently I looked at Collins, viktors, and rahms. I stumbled upon a video of Ben Hogan as well and noticed both Hogan and Rahm have much shorter backswings than others.
Tiger even said at one point that he wanted to have the kind of control over his swing that Hogan and Moe Norman had. Although Jack said Hogan was the best ball-striker he'd ever seen, for what that's worth.
