5 sie 2020 · The biggest pro I can think of for the Jtech/SO3 setup is the large work area (if you have an XL or XXL). When compared to the Ortur Master 2, a standard SO3 has about the same work space. I’m not sure about other companies, but Jay with Jtech Photonics is on the ball when it comes to support.
26 lip 2022 · While I didn’t want to spend that much, I think the extra cost for the power powerful laser will pay for itself when I get going. I’m doing my designs on LightBurn, saving the GCode, then I use UGS on a touch screen Raspberry Pi to drive the Shapeoko 3. I know I’ve been asking a lot of questions.
18 lut 2021 · I thought I'd take a few minutes to write up a some of my Postprocessor tips regarding using a J-Tech laser with Vcarve (or Aspire). I use a Shapeoko which is a GCODE machine. Tip #1 No Z. I have two post processors I use with my laser. One has Z motion and the other removes the Z.
Have a CNC but are looking to get into the Laser Game? J Tech offers a way to do just that without having to purchase the whole enchilada so to speak.

Namely upgrading a Shapeoko 3 XL I saw one post here about 10 months ago talking about the JTech Photonics kit for mounting a laser to their CNC and wondered if anyone else has gotten into that brand?
