We have made a video showing exactly how to hook up the laser to the Shapeoko4 and Shapeoko PRO machines. In this video the machine is the XXL size, but it will be similar for the smaller sizes. The kit fits on all of the machines including the XXL. Check out the video to see how to install the laser.

5 sie 2020 · Jtech laser has an addon kit for the shapeoko. Lightburn is the program you’ll need. I think you need to manually offset the laser from your spindle (so you’ll have two zero points for the machine effectively).

GRBL generates the PWM signal based on the requested spindle speed value, from 0V for 0 RPM, to 5V for the max RPM value configured in GRBL parameter $30.
