17 wrz 2017 · Too many words in each post so I may be missing something, but if all you want to do is sync a song over to your iPhone from iTunes, without iTunes backing up your phone, simply turn off backup to iTunes when plugged in, in iTunes. There's no requirement to backup if you don't want to backup.

10 kwi 2024 · To prevent iTunes from automatically syncing every time you connect your iPad to your computer, open the Settings app on your iPad, navigate to ‘iTunes & App Store,’ and toggle off the ‘Automatic Downloads’ option for Music, Apps, Books & Audiobooks, and Updates.

If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library. If Sync Library is updating or turned off, you'll see a message at the top of the Library tab in the Apple Music app.

7 cze 2016 · On the Summary settings page, in the Options section, turn off the "Automatically sync when this <device> is connected" check box and then click Done. That's it. When you plug that device into the computer, iTunes will no longer automatically sync the device.
