On April 26, 2018, Apple released iTunes 12 for Windows 10 via the Windows Store. The Universal Windows Platform app retains all features available in the desktop version, but will be updated and available through the Windows Store.
All versions later than 7.3.2 no longer support Windows 2000; only support for XP/Vista/7. There have been a number of complaints from users concerning the fact latest versions of iTunes fail to work with certain old versions of the Mac OS.
