Ahri is a burst champ that wants to have as much dmg as possible available for her very first rotation of spells so she can blow up one of the carries which is exactly what Cosmic drive doesn’t give. The item is thematically the opposite of what Ahri wants. If you wanna play Ahri like a dps mage please stop.
