Tried resetting the watch, uninstalled then re-installed the Mobvoi and WearOS apps to no avail. Finally I went through the watch and Enabled Airplane mode and Disabled Location via Watch/Phone and the battery drain stopped. It's been 36hrs and everything seems to be OK.
