So after finding out my property management company for the Condo I am interested in, I found a lot of 1 star reviews and a lot of negative comments about this company. My question is, how seriously should I take these reviews?

13 maj 2014 · The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Valet service was fast and the spa was awesome. Overall, the place was absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay while you are on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, this is the place. We plan on returning.
