TVIDLER IS A SCAM COMPANY as others have written! I tried to place an order for ONE device and "somehow" PayPal was loaded and reloaded and I ended up charged $32 plus tax and shipping for two devices.

3 mar 2023 · Before I could wrap up this Tvidler review, I had to check out their score on the Better Business Bureau. They had a B- rating and just 4 complaints which isn’t bad at all. But, on Trustpilot, there were multiple complaints about additional charges and difficulties with getting refunds.
Tvidler is a scam company. I should have read the reviews here to avoid the trap. As mentioned in many previous reviews, you place an order without knowing and there is no cancellation minute after the order is placed.
It appears to me that they expedited shipping when I called them to invoke their horrendous return policy, as if I would ever see a dime if followed it. Absolute first class scam artists. They turned a $30 order into a $130 order. They expect me to pay to return their garbage too them.
We ordered one Tvidler to try and had several items added automatically and charged an additional $85.00. Contacted their customer support immediately but they claimed the shipment could not be stopped in time.
I was able to cancel the subscription through PayPal but Tvidler refused to stop the product order transaction. They are scamming consumers! I got in touch with a Tvidler Representative and she said that once I receive the items I can return them but have to pay shipping to return them.
