The company that shipped this from New Jersey has tons of sketchy reviews. Not to mention the product doesn't work as advertised and is actually painful to use, and no extra tips were included. Total scam.
I was just scammed by these Tvidler Ear Wax Remover creeps 3 weeks ago. I saw the ad on Facebook and considered it as an alternative to Q-Tips. It was a 50% reduction offer of $25 CDN instead of the regular $50 price. After my initial PayPal order failed somehow, the company started spamming me to complete my order.
I put some of this blame on Youtube (Google) and Paypal for not notifying me about the 'Automatic Payment' via a text message verification code. It's robbery without violence and both Google (Youtube) and Paypal are implicit in these nefarious doings.
Tvidler is a SCAM. Same story as everyone here I wanted to purchase 2 but ended up being charged for 4 additional ones. The website doesn't let you review your order and just automatically charges you at the end. Major SCAM stay away. I am still waiting on customer service to do something.
