  7. Yes, been taking a couple months and helped quite a bit. Started 25mg TTFD thiamine up to 75mg daily. Think it's suppose to be more absorbable and get through the blood brain barrier if I remember correctly. My ME/CFS doc said I could try up to 100mg.
