Im skeptical, it seems to save both account passwords and auth tokens, which seems unnecessary. Theres also an obfuscated file, feel free to guess what THAT is for. Idk what roblox acc manager is but from what i researched its an aplication that can launch multiple clients at once and it is a virus.
Use the email you signed up with to contact Roblox Support. This shows that you have access, and most likely are the original owner of the account. The next thing you can do when you contact Roblox Support is to pull up any receipts or screenshots of proof of purchase if you ever purchased Robux.
