8 cze 2023 · In our experience we’ve found that O2 are good at getting their customers’ issues resolved, but they are a huge network under new ownership, so their complaint record could start changing. O2 now sit at 3 complaints per 100,000 customers, which is more than the industry average.
2 kwi 2019 · O2's a good mobile network, basically. It's reliable, has good coverage, gives you a fair bit of flexibility over your plan, and offers pretty much any kind of mobile deal you could want. The main drawback is that it isn't the cheapest network.
o2 are awful. I gave 3 a go last year after peoples changing opinions on them and they're brilliant. Everywhere is 3G (unlike a ton of 2G Vodafone/o2 coverage), I've got free 4G and have even hit 15mbps on just a 3G connection. I'd only touch them and EE these days - EE just for their coverage range, but 3 for their speed and price.
In 2023, just 63% of O2 users told our survey they were likely to recommend it to a friend. In 2024 that’s risen to 64%, but it’s still the lowest result of any major network featured, and O2 also has the most users who would be unlikely to recommend their current network, at 27%.
