I read in another thread from 3 years ago that mt. auburn had some crime and apparently a planned parenthood in the area. Are those still a problem? This place is on McGregor ave and is the best deal we (my roommate and I) have found so far. are there any concerns I need to be aware of?

I'm in Prospect Hill which is part of Mt Auburn, but can be quite different at times than along Highland Ave or along Auburn Ave. I would almost consider these three distinct neighborhoods. Prospect Hill is very walkable and safe in my opinion.
