16 sie 2024 · Yes, my friends, Lallybroch from the Outlander novels and series is REAL. The real Lallybroch can be found at Midhope Castle just 30 minutes drive outside of Edinburgh in South Queensferry. Midhope Castle, Lallybroch or Brach Tuarach, can be found on the wider Hopetoun Estate.
I have watched all 5 seasons, just starting book 2 so my perspective may change but to me Lallybroch was this beautiful and magical place, Jamie’s rightful home. I even thought for a hot second that the entire story should end with them back there.
