People have had problems with G2G, i have used CD keys before (and the Origin and Steram games I bought years ago still exist in my library), in my personal experience it's been fine and in general I hear more good stuff about CD keys than G2G.
G2A's safe as long as you buy from sellers who don't pull shady stuff on you. I'd check the sellers reviews so you know if they're shady or not. I once used a seller who gifted me Battlefield 2042 instead of sending me a Steam key like you're supposed to.
