I've purchased from them online (non-FFL stuff) and I've visited their physical store. I'm not the biggest fan of the owner but they're legit.
Review. G&R, GandR, whatevs. They are very uncool. I'm disputing a $2050 charge with them at the moment. The owner, Grant, charged me sales tax after the sale occured, and when contacted immediately afterwards, threatened a 15% cancellation fee ($300!).

The only real reason anyone charges such a high fee is to discourage and profit from cancellations, and that's just poor business practice and poor customer service.
