Definitely enough to live on unless you have some huge family or expensive cost of living. Take into account where you live and the possible taxes you'd owe, put some aside for this, put a certain percentage in your personal trading account, put some for spending money.
FTMO is reputable. I personally trade with them, but you have a tight margin of error to work with. You need solid trades and mostly wins if you don't want to risk losing the account (I have lost 1 account total).
