24 sie 2021 · Are duraflex bodykits really as bad as people say they are? I was considering purchasing from Driven By Style LLC : Body Kits, Front Grilles, Automotive Lighting because their near my area and have free pickup. But i'm looking at the hks front and rear bumper with charge speed fenders and am still deciding on which side skirts.
They're all replicas of real parts to begin with, but with abhorrent quality control and fit quality added on top. There's an infinite amount of stories of people receiving pieces that are already cracked in 10 places. If so, you'd better be good at bodywork to repair them to a usable state.
Is Duraflex a good material? Duraflex is a decent material for body kits, offering a combination of flexibility and durability. It’s cheaper than carbon fibre or polyurethane but less strong or long-lasting.
I've been scouring the internet for replacements for a few hours, and the one name I keep seeing coming up is duraflex. Are they any good, or should I just buy an OEM replacement and if they are just as good as oem, should I just spend the extra six or $800 and buy the full body kit?

Umm, I don't know if you have installed many BMW OEM items, but unless you ran the front end of your car into a telephone pole, the body pieces fit like a glove. I have personally installed almost a dozen of the CSi fronts, and they all fit the very first try.
