I have a gigabit router (TP-LINK C9) and a on board network card supporting gigabit (Intel 82567lf gigabit), yet when I plug in the network cable, all I see is 10 Mbit connection. How do I set the networking speed to 100 Mbit or 1 Gbit?

23 kwi 2021 · I recently re-installed Windows on my computer, and now under the network tab in Settings, it shows that my internet speed is locked at 100Mbps. I have gigabit ethernet installed, and before re-installing was able to get full speed on my internet.
If you're using windows 10 you should be able to see your last month of internet usage/total download. Might help you make a decision.
The benefit to your situation is that you have fast multi-access (so other users won't be as affected by your use), and good non-saving bandwidth (for things like streaming/video conferencing), but poor downloading speeds, where data is being written to disk.
30 kwi 2021 · After looking through my pc's settings and details, I've found that through Task manager, my Network usage was reaching 100% at just 10 mbps, and discovered that my ethernet link speed was 10/10 mbps.
