  5. If you're using windows 10 you should be able to see your last month of internet usage/total download. Might help you make a decision.

  6. The benefit to your situation is that you have fast multi-access (so other users won't be as affected by your use), and good non-saving bandwidth (for things like streaming/video conferencing), but poor downloading speeds, where data is being written to disk.
