18 paź 2015 · Based on the issue description, it appears that you’re unable to sync iPod nano on Windows 10. I would prefer to ask you does the device get detected in Device Manager? Please go ahead and follow the methods mentioned and later update us on the status of the issue.

3 maj 2022 · Again: My iPod will not connect to my [Windows 10 (64-bit)] computer. Up until now, I've been able to connect my iPod to iTunes for Windows without trouble (although recent attempts have been "glitchy").
I have a 5th gen iPod which my Windows 10 computer quit recognizing. I tried all of the troubleshooting I could find on the internet and finally replaced the battery. And guess what?
