As stated already, connect it up to your Mac and use iTunes if it has macOS that is Mojave or earlier. If it’s Catalina or newer, you use Music. You can’t transfer from Spotify unless you can add the music to your Library and then sync it through iTunes/Music.

9 maj 2024 · To add music to an iPod Classic, then as Phil0124 mentioned, you need to use Finder (on a Mac with OS Sonoma), or iTunes on older Macs* and Windows. In theory, there should be no issue doing this with an iPod Classic that has had the the flash memory conversion.
