For all apps, including the laptop's basic camera app, a grey screen with a "No Camera" icon is displayed in place of the video feed. The light next to the camera still illuminates when I attempt to use my camera, but nothing can be seen on my screen (or other persons' screens on Zoom for example). The computer is a Windows Lenovo.

Click on start menu and type Device Manager. Click on View menu > Show hidden devices. Expand Cameras > Right click on your camera device > Roll Back. If Roll back doesn't work, Right click > Update Driver. If the problem persists, go to the manufacturer's website, search for your laptop model and download the latest driver available.
