23 lut 2024 · My phone restarted after the update and now I can't do anything to it. I can't even unlock the screen because the touch screen is not responding. I have hard reset it several times now, with no success, using up volume, down volume, hold side button. It turns back on with the same issue.
If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart. Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
