8 lis 2023 · This morning I updated my iPhone 15 pro (3 week old phone) to iOS 17.1.1. Prior to the update everything worked fine. After the update the touch screen does not respond. The screen works and the buttons work, but the touch feature is completely unresponsive.
23 lut 2024 · My phone restarted after the update and now I can't do anything to it. I can't even unlock the screen because the touch screen is not responding. I have hard reset it several times now, with no success, using up volume, down volume, hold side button. It turns back on with the same issue.
