Mine isn't greyed out, I have it turned on so that apps can request to track (purely out of curiosity), and yet not a single app has requested. I've installed several of the apps that other people have mentioned seeing in the tracking list, but they never show pop ups for me.

28 kwi 2022 · My daughter keeps trying to download apps, which I am supposed to be receiving a notification in order to approve it so that she can actually download the requested app, but I never receive the notifications anymore. I haven’t for months now.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The list shows the apps that requested permission to track you. You can turn permission on or off for any app on the list. To stop all apps from asking permission to track you, turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track (at the top of the screen).
