Worst of all epic says Failed to send the request when i try to send one. I’ve tried at different times on different days but it still won’t work. I’ve even tried to just straight up email them but i got an instant response saying that the email isn’t monitored for responses.
I spoke to epic support in live chat yesterday and they asked me to submit a support email request and closed the chat. When I attempt to send request I get the message; "Failed to send the request. Please retry later."
