I bought the Quad Lock MagSafe case for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max and the charging experience was abysmal. Most of the time, it didn't charge at all using the official Apple MagSafe charging puck. I contacted Quad Lock customer service and received an automated email response that replies would take more than 24 hours.

I just switched to a new iPhone and I’m thinking of good cases/screen guards to get. The most popular one is mous, but it’s either the reviews are very good or really bad. Are their cases worth it? And if not, which other brand can you guys recommend?
They gave me an iPhone case and Apple Watch band to demo last week. I’ve used them the whole time and so far no problems. My only complaint is that the case edges are barely higher than the edges of my phone so I’m not sure how well it’d protect if I dropped it.
