I was wondering if there was a mod that allowed you to building houses instantly? An example would be something like you spend the resources to make blueprint then you can place it down on the ground, with valid space, and it places the house ready to go.

The Instant House Mod! This mod allows a simple, barebones house to be spawned in upon click. The "BOB" tool is crafted using 10 dirt, 10 stone, and 10 wood at a demon altar. Upon left click, a house will be build from the left of where your mouse is pointed.
