Instead it is recommended to install openjdk-8-jdk from the terminal with the command: sudo apt install openjdk-8-jdk. Java 6 is still available at the Java SE 6 Archive Downloads webpage of the official Oracle website.
25 cze 2017 · I wanted to install simple JAVA JDK on it (that's 8u131 version downloaded from oracle's site). The problem is my installer doesn't work, this is it doesn't run, with no popping information, like it ignores the information about executing.
