1 mar 2020 · A fire broke out at the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel on Sunday engulfing the building in smoke around 4:30 pm. The fire was extinguished by firefighters shortly before 8:00 pm. According to the Deputy Governor of Bali, Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati, the fire initially started on the 10th floor in the ceiling.

I stayed at the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel last year. This fire is the third fire that I am aware. Much of the interior is lined with wood including the foyer. I hope that the hotel does not burn down, especially if I am staying there at the time.

22 mar 2019 · In 1993 Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel was damaged by a major fire but room 327 was not touched by the flames that destroyed rooms around it. Today that room is maintained as a shrine. The phased development of the resort’s 43-hecrates will start with 139 deluxe rooms and 22 suites.
