If you want to activate infinite ammo, but you want to be able to reload your guns, you have to input the command like this: sv_infinite_ammo 2. You won’t have to buy ammo, but if you run out of ammo in the clip or magazine, you’ll have to reload.
sv_infinite_ammo. This command, if set to 1, will give you infinite ammunition for your weapon allowing you to fire your gun continuously. If you set this command to 2, you will have infinite ammo to reload with, but you will still run out of ammo after firing all of the bullets in your gun's clip.

You missed sv_infinite_ammo 2 Gives you infinite ammo but you need to reload. Also missing fov_cs_debug for changing the view fov. Also missing r_dynamic for changing if gun shots create light flashes. Also missing mp_weapons_allow_map_placed to allow for maps to spawn weapons, like for aim maps.
