Our 75-hour course package includes everything required by the state of Illinois in order to satisfy your pre-licensing education and sit for the state licensing exam. It includes the 60-Hour Real Estate Broker Topics course and the 15-hour Pre-licensing Applied Principles Course.
You will benefit from LIVE time with Instructor Norm Willoughby or Instructor Todd Burghardt. This covers the 15 hours of mandatory interactive time, PLUS extra review time! All coursework is on the Illinois REALTORS® online D2L platform, in partnership with Eastern Illinois University.
