The Imperial Glass Company was founded in 1901 by Edward Muhleman, with production beginning in 1904. The handmade glasswares were sold worldwide and were usually made of pressed glass patterns. The factory located at 29th Street was labeled as one of the largest glass factories under one roof. [3]

1 lut 2018 · Imperial Glass was founded in 1901, in Bellaire, Ohio, by J. N. Vance. They were first known as the New Crystal Glass Company, a name that lasted for less than a year. They produced hand made art glass, Carnival glass, milk glass, pressed glass, tableware, and much more.

20 lut 2010 · One of the largest American handmade glass manufacturers during the 20th century, Imperial also produced blown glass, several lines of art glass, and its trademark "Candlewick" pattern. Bellaire's glassmaking era ended when the "Big I" closed its doors in 1984, and the building was razed in 1995.
