12 mar 2018 · I noticed fairly quickly that the screen isn't as bright as either my Macbook Air or the Thunderbolt display I was using previously. The brightness control only makes any difference for the first five "blocks", after that any increase makes no difference. I am running 10.13.3. Here are all the things I've tried so far:

Starting with the Catalina update the display's brightness goes to the max when logging into the machine and then I have to lower the brightness to the desired level.
26 paź 2017 · Have you attempted to turn up the brightness? First use the brightness control on your Mac's keyboard. If that does not work please restart the computer and do a PRAM reset per the directions in iMac SMC and PRAM reset .
