31 sie 2024 · Illinois adopted the Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading Standards in March 2021. The standards come from research-based best practices for closing achievement gaps. Cultural responsiveness improves student outcomes across a range of indicators from math and reading scores to attendance, to postsecondary enrollment.
All Illinois State University teacher candidates must have an ELIS account for licensure. It tracks your test scores, degree (s), endorsement (s), and personal information for the ISBE and future employers. You will not be licensed by the ISBE without an account containing all required tests.
