27 mar 2024 · EPA UST regulation changes released on 7-15-2015 required state UST programs to revise their state regulations to conform to extensive changes in the new federal UST rules. OSFM's Division of Petroleum & Chemical Safety has been engaged for months in revising the Illinois UST regulations, and that effort is now completed.
