Accessing your Student Portal & Canvas. Here are the instructions to help you create your Student portal account to access Canvas. Enter your Student ID (COLLEGE ID) in the “Student ID or User ID” textbox. Enter your Default Password in the “Password” textbox.
Sign In. Enroll today for Fall 2024. To enroll in classes, click the "Manage Classes (add/drop)" tile then the "Class Search and Enroll" tab. Additional guides below to help you get started. - Guide to finding the instructor’s email address. - Guide for Canvas resources and training videos.
Go to https://mycollege.laccd.edu and log in with your user name and password. Click the Canvas tile on the student homepage. Canvas 24/7 Helpline and Chat. Canvas has help available through their phone support and their online chat feature.

Sign out from all the sites that you have accessed.
What to do if login fails. Your email account was created with your LACCD student email. So if you did not add another email and change your notifications, use your LACCD student email with the password reset functions. Generally, your LACCD student email works best.
