Illinois MCLE Requirements and Fees. Your MCLE requirements depend on whether you: (1) are a newly-admitted attorney; (2) are already in a two-year reporting period; or (3) are working toward reinstatement. You should check whether you are exempt from the MCLE requirements in a particular reporting period.
A provider is any entity or person offering courses for Illinois CLE. A provider either applies to accredit each of its courses for Illinois MCLE credit through individual applications or offers courses as an Accredited Provider.
As a private, nonprofit voluntary bar association, the ISBA has no role in the administration or enforcement of the Illinois Supreme Court Rule requiring MCLE.
