I lost my receipt, is there a way to locate a copy? Purchase history can be found in your IKEA Family account. If an IKEA Family card was used during checkout at the store, you can find your transactions by logging into your IKEA Family account. You can view your latest in-store and online receipts by logging into your account here. As an IKEA Family member, you can log into your IKEA account and find all your receipts through your purchase history.
Current and ongoing online orders can be viewed by visiting the "Track my order" page and manually entering your order number with the email/telephone number to see the specific order details. If you're unable to locate a receipt or invoice, we can likely find it for you.

It shouldn’t take any time at all if you have the credit card statement with the date and exact price you paid. They can just search it from that.
PSA: If you lost your receipt, then you can call customer service for a copy. All you need is the date that you purchased the items and the total price on the receipt. You can find this on your credit card statement. They will usually gladly send you an email copy of the receipt.
