To pass a CIA exam, you need a score of 600 out of 750, or 80%. Depending on the cognitive level and the difficulty of a question, some questions will count more than others. You can read more about how the scoring works in I IA Global’s candidate handbook.
The fee for each part is £200 + VAT payable to Chartered IIA. The CIA application fee and exam fees will be payable via IIA Global’s Candidate Certification Management System (CCMS). Full details of the costs. Revision workshops will be available until February 2025 and can be booked here.
