Return to the previously-opened File Explorer session and select the folder above "PC App Store", Right click on "PC App Store" folder and select Delete, Open "Startup Apps" utility and toggle off the "PCAppStore" entry. Should be good to go at this point.
So I solved this issue by going to task manager and deleting the “nwjs” task. After this I tried to delete the file, but I couldn’t because it said it was in use. I checked my task manager again and saw it all in my background processes.
Along with simply uninstalling apps, go through settings and turn off recommended apps in start menu, recommendations in settings, put diagnostics to required instead of optional, and go through all the rest of the settings to turn off anything you don't like.

19 lip 2015 · To remove the apps from the computer for all users, run the following: Get-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online | Out-GridView -PassThru | Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online. This will display a grid of all installed apps. You can SELECT the apps (highlight in blue) you want to remove from the displayed list and click OK.
