Took some time but found this website (https://www.dnd-spells.com/) that allows you to custom organize your casters' spells and print out only the ones you need. You can put them 3x3 on a sheet, landscape, portrait, whatever.
To use the generator, either load the sample card deck ("Load sample"), load a card deck from a file ("Load from file"), or manually add some cards. When you're done, click on "Generate" to generate a document with all your cards, which can then be printed.

The main modification from crobi’s version is that this one has a way to automatically upload the cards to the internet to be able to use it in programs such as tabletop simulator or other virtual tabletops.
Using the website is simple. All you need to do is write the names of the spells you want in a text file, one spell per line, with proper capitalization and apostrophes. Then, just upload the file to generate your spell cards.

Encouraged by the positive feedback, I have cleaned up my spell and items card generator (previous post). The card generator can be used to create custom spell/item/monster cards, which look better than a simple Word textbox. There is a library of 1300+ icons that can be used for the cards.
