We make and pack the orders based on when it was ordered (not what it is), but we appreciate you might have felt like it was a long wait for the cases you ordered. Currently it’s a busy time for us so we are on a 3-5 week wait, but we are getting the orders out within this time frame.

The best is when it goes into 'package may be lost' status (for me, the most common sequence is out for delivery - no delivery attempt made - marked "undeliverable" and never scanned again) and then they try to hide the order so you forget about it and don't bother them for a refund.
